Cookie Policy
What we store
We store a first-party consent record so we can remember your cookie choice. That record includes the categories you allowed and a policy version. It is not used to identify you across other websites.
Categories
- Essential — security checks, form protection, and remembering this consent decision.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-KY07SMN3Q4). Off unless you accept.
- Functional — optional site enhancements. Off by default.
- Marketing — reserved for future marketing tags. Off unless you enable it. We do not load ad networks by default.
Analytics
If you accept analytics, we load Google’s gtag.js and send page views plus interaction events to Google Analytics 4. That can include the page URL, referrer, browser and device details, approximate location, search terms, form completions, outbound clicks to tools, and how far you read an article. Google may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_*.
We use Google Consent Mode. The tag can load with analytics storage denied until you choose. In that state Google does not set analytics cookies; it may still receive cookieless pings used for aggregated modeling. Rejecting analytics keeps the rest of the site working. You can change this later with Cookie settings.
See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses cookies.
Security
Cloudflare Turnstile runs on contact, tool submission, and newsletter forms. That widget is required to submit those forms and is treated as essential security, not analytics.
Change your choice
Use in the footer at any time. If this policy version changes in a material way, the banner can ask again.
